Neura review: what is inside, what it costs, and what the research says

Quick verdict
Neura at a glance
Two of its four ingredients have some early research behind them, but the sales page does not show any doses, so you cannot compare it with the studies.

What we like
- Ingredients are listed by name on the official page
- Bacopa and lion's mane both have small human studies
- Long 90-day refund window
- Careful wording ("may help"), with the FDA disclaimer
Watch out for
- No amount per ingredient on the sales page
- Serving size not shown on the sales page
- Little human research on goji or shilajit for memory
- Lowest price needs a 6-bottle order
Neura is a daily memory supplement sold only through its official website. It combines four ingredients: lion's mane mushroom, bacopa monnieri, goji (wolf) berry and shilajit. Two of them, bacopa and lion's mane, have small human studies on memory and thinking. But the sales page does not list the dose of any ingredient, so there is no way to tell whether a capsule contains anything close to what those studies used.
It costs $39 to $59 a bottle depending on how many you order, and comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

What is in Neura
The official website lists four key ingredients. The descriptions in the right-hand column are the seller's own wording.
| Ingredient | What it is | What the seller says |
|---|---|---|
| Lion's mane | Hericium erinaceus mushroom extract | May help support focus and clarity |
| Bacopa monnieri | Herb used in Ayurvedic medicine | Linked to memory and learning support |
| Goji (wolf) berry | Berry extract | Natural antioxidants |
| Shilajit | Mineral-rich resin | Energy and trace minerals |
What the research says about the ingredients
Bacopa monnieri
A 2014 review pooled nine randomized trials with 518 people who took standardized bacopa extract for at least 12 weeks. It found a small improvement, mainly in speed of attention. The authors said larger, well-designed trials are still needed before firm conclusions.
Lion's mane
One small study in Japan gave lion's mane to 30 adults aged 50 to 80 with mild cognitive impairment for 16 weeks. Their scores on a thinking test rose while they took it, then fell again four weeks after they stopped. It is a promising start, but it is one small study.
Goji berry and shilajit
Neura lists these for antioxidants and minerals. We did not find human trials on memory for either ingredient strong enough to cite here.
The bigger picture
The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (part of the NIH) says that direct evidence that dietary supplements can prevent Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia is lacking, and that supplements should not be a reason to postpone seeing a health care provider about memory loss.

Refund policy
Neura offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. The site asks you to keep your proof of purchase and the original packaging. If you try it, mark the order date on your calendar so you can decide well before the 90 days run out.
Who should be careful
- Anyone taking prescription medicines: herbal extracts can interact with some drugs. The official site itself tells you to check with your healthcare provider.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Anyone with new or worsening memory problems: memory loss can have treatable causes, such as medicine side effects, low vitamin B12, thyroid problems or depression. See a doctor first.
Our verdict
Neura is built on two ingredients with real, if early, research behind them, and it has a long 90-day refund window. What holds it back is transparency: without doses on the sales page, you cannot judge it against the studies. If you want to try it, read the label before you order, ask your doctor, and start with the refund window in mind.
