About Brain Health Review
Brain Health Review reviews supplements for the brain and nervous system: memory and brain fog, sleep, tinnitus and hearing, and nerve health. We started it because most "reviews" of these products are written to sell them, and almost none tell you what the research on the ingredients actually found.
Our reviews do one job: help you decide, before you spend money, whether a product is worth trying, and what to check first.
Who writes these reviews
Every review is researched and written by Jackson, the site's founder and editor. Jackson is not a doctor or pharmacist, and nothing here replaces medical advice. What the reviews offer is careful reading: the seller's own website, the label, and the published studies on each ingredient, with every source linked so you can check it yourself.
We also run the Brain Health Lab channel on YouTube, where many of these topics are explained in short videos.
How we research a product
- The product comes from the seller's official website: ingredients, serving size, price per bottle, bundles, shipping and the refund policy. We note the date we checked.
- The ingredients are checked against research: PubMed studies, and fact sheets from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH, NCCIH, Office of Dietary Supplements), Mayo Clinic and similar sources.
- The claims on the sales page are compared with what that research shows. Where a claim goes further than the evidence, we say so.
- We do not invent personal testimonials, star ratings from "testing" we did not do, or quotes from customers.
Full details are in our editorial policy.
How the site is funded
Some links on this site go to the product's official website through an affiliate program (mostly ClickBank). If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never decides what a review says. See the affiliate disclosure.
