Brain Health Review

Editorial policy: how we review supplements

Updated

This page explains exactly how every review on Brain Health Review is made, so you can judge how much to trust it.

What every review includes

  1. What the product is: form, serving size, ingredients as listed by the seller.
  2. What the research says about the main ingredients, with links to the studies or to NIH and Mayo Clinic fact sheets.
  3. Price and refund terms as published on the official website on the date shown.
  4. Who should be careful: medicine interactions, pregnancy, health conditions, as described by health agencies.
  5. Our verdict: what is promising, what is unproven, and what we would check before buying.

Rules we follow

  • Sources first. If we cannot find a source for a statement, we remove it.
  • No made-up experiences. We do not claim to have taken a product unless we did, and we never write fake reviews or testimonials.
  • No cure claims. Supplements are not medicines; we do not say any product treats, cures or prevents a disease.
  • Seller claims are labelled as the seller's claims.
  • Prices change. Every review shows the date its facts were checked, and we re-check regularly.

Corrections and updates

When a seller changes a product or price, or new research appears, we update the review and its date. Report a problem to [email protected].
